MEET AT SBGC Instruction Area at the Driving Range

Overview of prior sessions with advanced knowledge & skills dependent of students’ abilities and skill level.

Evaluations of junior golf skills and abilities to determine group color (Red, White, & Blue). Coaches will select qualified White group juniors to participate with Blue groups on Wednesdays.

Clubs: pitching wedge through all irons, hybrid, fairway woods & driver.

warm up with chipping, then wedges, and then longer irons.

Typically take juniors out on the golf course once every 6-7 sessions to play golf.  We review order of play; rules, etiquette (how to behave, politeness), penalty areas (lateral, sand, out of bounds)
